How wonderful to be wandering the cobblestone streets of Paris with journal in hand or practicing yoga in the gentle drizzle of the Australian rainforest... Travel and exploration have been an essential part of my life. Hikes in the Scottish highlands before I could walk got me used to backpacks, rain and beautiful places. I would love the opportunity to tell you about my favorite teahouse in the hills above the Dali Lama's home in Northern India; the dreamy coastal park which made me fall in love with New Zealand; the 10 days of complete silence I kept at a Meditation Retreat that's offered for free worldwide. I have met incredible people and have seen incredible corners of the world. For these experiences, I am crazy grateful.
